Simple and easy! All you need is a standard sneaker clear detergent, a soft sponge/soft bristle toothbrush, and some warm water. 

Run your OIVIO FIT under warm water, gently scrub the sole using a toothbrush and the knit using a sponge to clean the dirt, then rinse well. After washing, please let shoes dry in a well-ventilated area, away from direct heat.

Important - Do not put your shoes or insoles in dishwashers, washing machines, or dryers. Excessive heat can cause shrinking, deformation, and damage to the materials. Always allow your OIVIO FIT to air dry naturally for the best results.

If you need to walk across roads covered with chemical or salt, usually applied because of snow, please rinse your OIVIO FIT on regular basis since salt can erode the soles of your shoes.

When taking off your shoes, do with your hands rather than kicking them off with your feet. And while it’s not necessary, we do recommend wearing socks with your shoes to help wick moisture and prolong the lifespan of your shoes.

Our Grippyflex™ outsole technology features a functional grid traction pattern paired with high-grade synthetic rubber, delivering slip resistance on wet, oily, and greasy surfaces by channeling fluids away from the sole. Tested to EN ISO 20344: SRC standards, it provides occupational-grade grip for confident movement across everyday environments.

PFAS-Free HydroFORT™ barrier with 0.01 micron pores that effectively block water while releasing 20% more vapor for superior breathability. Ensures feet stay completely dry and comfortable during heavy rain, puddles, or prolonged exposure to wet conditions, delivering true waterproof performance without the feel of traditional non-breathable waterproof footwear.

We know a standard shift can easily turn into a double. For your feet, that means days can feel endless, so we’ve built our shoes to be comfortable and highly supportive. But for your own health and safety, always give yourself the time to take a break and rest your feet.

OIVIO FIT runs true to EU size, and we provide also the equivalent US, UK and Japan size (CM) for reference! So, go with your most common EU sneaker size. If you’re a half size, you can size up for a loose fit - or down for a more snug one.

If you have a latex allergy, OIVIO FIT might not be suitable to you.

The midsole is made out of lightweight, recycled EVA, and the outsole is made of rubber. There is a chance that you would have reactions to the rubber material.

Our goal with OIVIO FIT is to leave the lightest footprint possible. Which is why we take pride in using technology like Ortholite® in our shoes, as well as other GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified from shoe materials to our packaging. There will always be room for improvement. And we’ll always want to improve.

Sustainability at OIVIO FIT starts with responsible production.

We produce in carefully considered quantities rather than mass-manufacturing large volumes in advance. This approach helps reduce excess inventory, material waste, and unnecessary environmental impact.

Because production is aligned more closely with real demand, some styles or sizes may sell out from time to time. While availability can be limited, this allows us to operate more consciously and focus on long-term quality over overproduction.

Once we receive your shoes back at our warehouse, we'll inspect the condition of your package. When its approved, we'll send you a new pair right away while keeping you personally updated through email.
