We will send you a pickup notification when your order is ready at our showroom through your registered email or phone call. The customer shall pick up the items at our showroom by presenting the Showroom Pickup Notification email or phone call within 10 working days.
If you fail to pick up within 10 days for any reason not attributable to us, depending on the type of items, we reserve the right to take any of the following actions:
a) After Store Collection Deadline, we will cancel your order and refund the balance to you after deducting any kinds of handling fees (if applicable) and a logistics fee;
b) If the total order amount is equal to or less than the deductiable amounts as stated in sub-clause (a) above, there will be no refund; We will dispose of your ordered items without making any refund or compensation and no further notice will be given.
DELIVERY
Your goods will generally be ready in 10 business days. Please wait for a notification confirming that your order is ready for pickup, and bring your order confirmation with you. Before visiting, you may call us at 2748 6592 to confirm your order status.
We use SF express delivery services to the Hong Kong and our standard service costs will be calculated upon checkout . Should there be a delay or issue with your delivery, please contact us for help in resolving the problem.
Free delivery for net purchase of over $800 HKD
Door-to-door delivery of general items for $60 HKD
Service area :the Hong Kong SAR, exceptions: No delivery to P.O. boxes, Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong International Airport, Hong Kong Disneyland, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Lok Ma Chau Spur Line, Man Kam To, Sha Tau Kok, and Shenzhen Bay Port.
Please note that the delivery time may be extended during holidays such as Christmas and Easter, and promotion periods.
The products will be delivered to the specified address on your order by courier company. The coverage of delivery is currently limited to industrial and commercial or residential addresses in Hong Kong (except for restricted areas).
If we cannot contact you for delivery after two attempts, the products will be retrieved.
If the delivery service provider returns the items to its service station due to unsuccessful delivery and send you a notification, and you fail to pick up within the time limit specified (“Pickup Deadline”) for any reason not attributable to us, the delivery service provider may charge you additional fee and we reserve the right to take one of the following actions without further notice:
a) We will cancel your order, and refund the remaining balance to you after deducting any fees and/ or outstanding amount payable by you according to these terms; or
b) We will dispose of the ordered items without making any refund or compensation.
Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout stage based on the estimated size, shipping destination, and weight of your items. Taxes vary by country, and customers are responsible for any applicable charges. We highly recommend contacting us before placing your order, as tax and delivery charges may differ.
