Return / Exchange Policy
We trust our product quality and we hope you enjoy the wearing experience of OIVIO FIT, that's why we dare to commit. Upon receipt of the product, we offer a 7-day full refund and 30-day return for exchange warranty on all orders.
- Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact help@oiviofit.com within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
- Request an Exchange or Refund
Please note, we only offer EITHER ONE RETURN OR EXCHANGE PER ORDER.
To get the exchange or return, please contact help@oiviofit.com. Please let us know your order number, it’s on the shipping label.
In order to make an exchange or refund, the product must be in new and unworn condition, with the original packaging contents enclosed in the original box.
- Process and Timeframe
- Please allow the maximum of 14 days to process your claim once we have received your enquiry.
- Our warehouse will inspect all merchandise sent back for an exchange or refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
- Once your return has been processed and evaluated as new/unworn, you will receive a return email confirmation.
- Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
- Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and resending your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE: For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via insured parcel post or another traceable method. OIVIO FIT is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.
- Currency
All transactions are conducted in HK dollars (HKD). Any and all refunds will be executed in the HKD value charged at the time of purchase. OIVIO FIT is not responsible for losses incurred due to currency fluctuations between the dates of purchase and refund, bank conversion charges, and/or any other related fees.
- Late or Missing Refund (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
